CARRY ME, WIND

“I had the opportunity to hike in the mountains of Peru. It is requested to ask for permission before entering the mountain. It was a shocking first day, looking at it in the distance and feeling the wind go through my whole body, penetrating my bones. This song began as a poem, a prayer I recited for the earth, nature, and the elements. The wind that I love so much and that every time I need, I ask it to clean and take away from me everything that I no longer want to carry. Then it’s time to flow and dance with the wind, which I love so much. ” - Natalia Laforcade.

Together, they remember one of the most important moments of the composition of “De Todos las Flores”, when they walked through the Ausangate mountain, in Peru, where the experience of harmonizing with the rhythms of nature was radical.
